Jay Chamberlain has been promoted to Senior Engineering Project Manager. His focus is on designing new structures with both reinforced concrete and steel. You’ll see his structural engineering design work in parking garages, higher education, healthcare, commercial and federal facilities. Jay’s passion is cast-in-place post-tension structures. He is also a Parksmart Advisor and was instrumental in assisting Western Kentucky University in certifying Parking Structure 3 as Parksmart Bronze, the first Parksmart Certified garage in Kentucky.
