Congratulations to Jason Martin on his recent promotion to senior principal! Jason joined THP in 1996 and became a principal in 2012. He leads THP’s industrial manufacturing team with a passion for Lean Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), creating healthier project delivery systems through collaborative project delivery, and enhancing the performance of structures during extreme events.

Jason’s involvement in IPD includes “developing structural solutions with processes and infrastructure by working closely with project stakeholders to implement multi-trade integrated modular systems design and construction,” he says. “I use Lean Construction tools and practices to enhance project delivery and internal processes. My passion extends to sustaining the facility, its operations, and its users.”

Jason’s interest in how structures are created and used began at a young age as fascination with large manufacturing complexes, skyscrapers, monumental buildings, bridges, dams, and rollercoasters. He attended the Lyles School of Civil Engineering at Purdue University, majoring in structural engineering and minoring in geotechnical engineering.
