Jay Chamberlain has been promoted to Principal at THP Limited. Jay joined THP in 2012 with a focus on structural design. Prior to joining THP full-time, he completed four co-op semesters with the firm. He is passionate about designing sustainable parking garages and serves as a Parksmart Advisor, a designation administered by the US Green Building Council.
Some of Jay’s recent projects include Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport’s ConRAC Garage and Customer Service Building, Dayton Children’s Hospital Employee Parking Garage, and TQL Stadium’s East Parking Garage and Plaza. He led the Parksmart certification for Western Kentucky University’s Parking Structure 3, which is certified Parksmart Bronze, and Nashville International Airport’s Terminal Parking Garage, which is certified Parksmart Silver. Jay has also worked on urban mixed-use projects, including The Foundry, The Blonde, and The Hayden.
