Briggs and Knott Promoted

Congratulations to our recently promoted team members; their consistent hard work toward mastering their craft has not gone unnoticed. These team members are sharing their knowledge and supporting their teammates in a collaborative environment, demonstrating their leadership skills and commitment to THP’s success.

LeAnn Briggs has been promoted to Marketing Manager. Since joining THP in 2016, she has played a pivotal role in redefining the company’s visual brand identity and establishing comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Her contributions also include implementing and optimizing THP’s marketing software and workflows. LeAnn’s marketing leadership is exemplified by her service as the Immediate Past President of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and status from the society as a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM). These achievements underscore her expertise and unwavering commitment to the marketing profession within the AEC industry.

Devin Knott has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. Since joining the THP team in 2022, Devin has demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill. As an engineer-in-training, he is diligently preparing to take the professional engineer exam, reflecting his commitment to advancing his professional qualifications. Devin’s goal on projects is to thoroughly understand client challenges and develop innovative solutions tailored to their needs. As a valued member of our Structural Engineering team, Devin has contributed to various significant projects, including those for the University of Kentucky, the University of Akron, Ohio University, and the Galen College of Nursing. His ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues alike has been a key aspect in successfully completing these projects.
