THP’s origins began in 1964 when Art Miller, Lou Tallarico, Keith McNinch, and Don Hoeffel formed Miller, Tallarico, McNinch, and Hoeffel. That partnership dissolved in 1972 when Keith McNinch left for Wyoming following the inheritance of a ranch. In 1973, Tallarico and Hoeffel formed a new partnership with Mark Hoffman
and William Schneider called Tallarico, Hoeffel and Partners or THP. THP became a Limited Partnership Association in 1978 and its name changed to THP Limited. In 1998, THP Limited incorporated and today its ownership is widely held among 15 principals.
