Think Green
Our Sustainable Commitment
THP is committed to sustainable design and to enhancing a building’s efficiency and longevity. Our experience includes participating in the design of prominent LEED® projects over the past decade. We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
As structural engineers, we support design and construction teams in specifying sustainable methods and materials. As restoration and waterproofing consultants, we extend the life of existing buildings. This approach to structural and restoration engineering reduces life cycle costs and the environmental effects of structure replacements.
As prime designers, THP is currently involved in the design of a large, below-grade, multi-block city parking structure that will support a commercial mixed-use overbuild. The design incorporates sustainable principles.
