What We Deliver

MASTER PLAN AND IDENTIFY BUDGET

Develop an itemized list of restoration options with opinions of probable cost to be outlined and prioritized.

Document Development

Develop thorough and concise design documents that are understandable to provide accurate bidding.

Determine Phasing

Work with stakeholder personnel for short- and long-term phasing to minimize user impact.

EXECUTE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Our boots on the ground during construction administration provide another set of eyes on what is being built, helping to solve challenges and ensuring delivery of design intent.

ESTABLISH MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Train stakeholder personnel to perform routine maintenance to minimize future problems.
