Project Overview
THP provided structural design and parking consulting for this $52 million urban mixed-use development. The 17-story building has eight levels of parking (500 parking stalls), 11 residential floors, and 8,000 SF of ground-level retail space. The parking garage frame is constructed of one-way slab and beam, post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete. The residential levels are two-way flat plate, post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete.
