Project Overview
THP provided structural design for a 107,000 SF expansion to an existing manufacturing facility that includes a one-story, high bay manufacturing and warehouse building with an elevated mezzanine. Through collaboratively working within an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team of designers and contractors, the team was able to save the client over $1 million in capital savings on the steel structure.
