Project Overview
THP provided assessments and developed a 10-year master plan for PARC’s 15 parking garages. The master plan included structural, waterproofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and elevator repair needs. THP utilized and managed two subconsultants for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and elevator portion of the study.
