Project Overview
Spalling limestone caused concern for the safety and stability of portions of the façade. THP performed a survey of the building’s façade and it was determined that the spalling was due to corroding steel sheer pins. We provided repair solutions for the brick façade and sealants as well as limestone replacement around window openings. THP’s well-known construction administration services were included in the oversight.
