Since the 1970's, THP has occupied offices at 100 E. Eighth Street in downtown Cincinnati.
The office is within walking distance of many governmental and corporate headquarters.
Our home has large windows, natural light and vibrant colors. Glass-front offices and large work areas create an open,
inviting atmosphere. The space is equipped with advanced computer technologies, audio-visual systems,
and two modern kitchens to support the staff.
We have adequate conference space to facilitate several large project team gatherings at the same time.
Our prize workspace is the “Family Room.” It is the largest conference space in the office and can accommodate
the entire staff at one time, making it a perfect classroom for THP University, continuing education
presentations, and staff meetings.
Our Cleveland office is located in Cleveland’s Gateway District, the largest geographic area of adaptive re-use and
historic preservation in the City. THP resides in the Caxton Building, an 8-story steel-frame and masonry clad office
building originally constructed in 1903 for graphic arts and printing companies. The building was added to the
National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
