As Human Resources (HR) Coordinator at THP, my role involves leading and supporting our organization’s HR efforts and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent. I am passionate about helping employees reach their full potential and creating a positive work culture.
I grew up on the west side of Cincinnati and attended Saint Louis University. My experiences after graduation have taken me to the west coast, Chicago, and finally back to the Queen City.
I have many years of experience working in the non-profit sector in areas of homelessness, asylum claims, and child mental health. I transitioned away from direct service roles to focus on HR a few years ago and attained my Professional in Human Resources certification in 2023.
Since joining THP, I have had the opportunity to work with an amazing team of professionals who share my passion for creating a dynamic and supportive work environment. The best thing about THP are the people who encompass it.
I currently live in Newport, Kentucky with my wife, dog (Nate), and cat (whose actual name is Cat). Outside of work I enjoy weekly trivia, FC Cincinnati games, and continuing to make stops along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
