Stephanie Cieszkowski has joined THP

Welcome Stephanie Cieszkowski! We are excited to announce that Stephanie Cieszkowski has joined THP as our new Regional Business Development Manager for the Northeast Ohio market. Based in our Cleveland office, Stephanie will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region while fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and communities.

Stephanie brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, where she has built a reputation for cultivating long-term partnerships and delivering meaningful results. Her extensive knowledge of the industry landscape and proven ability to connect clients with innovative solutions make her an outstanding addition to the THP team.

In her new role, Stephanie will focus on deepening THP’s engagement in Northeast Ohio by building upon our existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to provide value across the market. With her background and expertise, she will support our mission of delivering thoughtful, innovative, and reliable structural engineering and design services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
