Andy Roenker and Sarah Patterson Earn Promotions
Congratulations to our recently promoted team members. Their actions reflect strong leadership qualities and a deep commitment to THP’s long-term success. Andy Roenker and Sarah Patterson have each demonstrated outstanding professional growth and leadership since joining THP in 2017. Their technical knowledge, reliability, and proactive mindset have earned them the trust and respect of both clients and coworkers. These promotions highlight the value they continue to bring to our people, projects, and firm-wide initiatives.
Andy Roenker has been promoted to Engineering Project Manager. Since his start in 2017, Andy has played a critical role within our Parking service team. He leads complex, high-profile projects with a solutions-driven and detail-oriented approach. For example, Andy managed key elements of the ConRAC garage at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Hebron, Kentucky. He also contributed significantly to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Northern Avenue Parking Garage and the newly completed Findlay Market Parking Garage. Andy continues to be a trusted project partner and dependable leader.
Sarah Patterson has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. Since joining our Structural Engineering team, Sarah has approached every assignment with care, creativity, and technical excellence. Her contributions include UC Health’s New Emergency Department in Cincinnati, the Clippinger Laboratory Addition and Renovation at Ohio University, and the large-scale redevelopment project at Factory 52 in Norwood. Sarah’s collaborative spirit and consistent performance continue to elevate our work.
