Briggs and Knott Promoted
Congratulations to our recently promoted team members whose contributions, leadership, and dedication continue to elevate THP. We are proud to recognize LeAnn Briggs and Devin Knott on their well-deserved promotions. Their commitment to excellence, professional development, and team success has made a lasting impact across the firm.
LeAnn Briggs has been promoted to Marketing Manager. Since joining THP in 2016, LeAnn has been a driving force behind the firm’s marketing strategy and brand evolution. She played a key role in redefining THP’s visual brand identity and creating comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing efforts. She also led the implementation and optimization of THP’s marketing software and internal workflows, enhancing collaboration and efficiency across departments.
LeAnn’s marketing leadership extends beyond THP. She served as Immediate Past President of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), where she supported and led initiatives within the regional AEC marketing community. Additionally, she earned her CPSM (Certified Professional Services Marketer) certification from SMPS, a distinction that highlights her advanced expertise and dedication to the marketing profession.
Devin Knott has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. Since joining THP in 2022, Devin has demonstrated technical skill, initiative, and a strong commitment to client-focused solutions. As an engineer-in-training, he is currently preparing for the professional engineer exam as he continues to grow within the field.
Devin has played a key role on several major projects, including work for the University of Kentucky, University of Akron, Ohio University, and Galen College of Nursing. His collaborative nature and thoughtful approach to engineering challenges make him an asset to THP’s Structural Engineering team.
