She began her journey in architectural engineering at the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a bachelor’s degree. During her time there, she held leadership roles in organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Structural Engineers Association of Ohio. Emily completed three co-op rotations with THP, gaining hands-on experience in structural engineering. These experiences provided her with invaluable insights and a strong foundation for her new role. Emily’s passion for problem-solving is a tremendous asset to our team. Her commitment to creating and restoring beautiful buildings further strengthens our collective expertise.
Delaney Bochenek joins our Cleveland office as Project Engineer on the Structural Engineering team. Delaney is a recent graduate of Purdue University, where she earned an undergraduate degree in civil engineering with a concentration in structural engineering. Her passion for building design, especially in steel and wood structures, aligns perfectly with THP’s commitment to delivering innovative and impactful projects. Delaney’s enthusiasm for creating buildings that are both beautiful and structurally safe reflects her dedication to serving the communities in which we work. Having grown up in Bainbridge, Ohio, and with a lifelong connection to the Cleveland area, Delaney brings both local insight and a fresh perspective to our team. We are excited to have her on board and we look forward to her contributions as we continue to shape meaningful spaces together.
