Announcing New Shareholders at THP Limited

THP Limited (THP) is pleased to announce two new shareholders, David Morehead and Sam D’Alessio. This milestone reflects our continued commitment to recognizing leadership, expertise, and dedication to improving the built environment.

David Morehead, AIA, has been with THP since 2016. As a member of our Building Envelope team, his experience includes building envelope design and repair for various structures. David is based in our Cincinnati office, and his work spans the Midwest. His skills include conducting surveys and forensic investigations, preparing detailed condition studies, and creating repair documents that improve lasting performance. David’s careful approach to project management and construction has gained clients’ trust, relying on his skill to balance practical solutions with architectural integrity.

Sam D’Alessio, PE, has been with THP since 2017. He is based in our Raleigh office and is a member of the Structural Engineering team. He particularly works on projects with complex architectural designs. His knowledge has been essential to the success of many healthcare and higher education projects. He works closely with architects and owners to deliver safe, efficient, and visually appealing structures. Sam’s technical precision and understanding of client goals help each project work towards long-term performance and value.
