THP Welcomes Two New Team Members: Anneke Hoskins and Faroq Al-Rjoub

THP welcome’s two talented professionals to our growing team: Anneke Hoskins, who joins us as a project designer on the Building Envelope team, and Faroq Al?Rjoub, who steps into the role of project engineer on our Restoration & Waterproofing team. Their diverse backgrounds, technical expertise, and shared passion for improving the built environment make them exceptional additions to THP.

Anneke Hoskins

Anneke brings a deep appreciation for historic structures and a strong academic foundation to THP. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture, she has experience working on commercial, municipal, healthcare, and historic projects. Her work in Washington, D.C.—including contributions to historic structures at the Smithsonian and the National Zoo—helped shape her dedication to preservation and restoration.

At THP, Anneke is thrilled to focus on the historic materials and structures she loves. As part of the Building Envelope team, she will be contributing to projects that restore buildings to their former glory while helping them remain resilient for generations to come. She values the opportunity to strengthen her construction detailing skills, structural knowledge, and preservation expertise while contributing to the communities she has known her entire life as a Cincinnati native.

Outside of work, Anneke enjoys reading, spending time with her pets, gaming with friends, and working behind the scenes in local community theaters.

Faroq Al?Rjoub

Faroq joins THP with a global perspective and a lifelong fascination with the engineering behind complex structures. His interest in the built environment was sparked during a formative visit to the ancient city of Petra—an architectural marvel that inspired his pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering at the University of Cincinnati.

As part of THP’s Restoration & Waterproofing team, Faroq will collaborate closely with owners, contractors, and internal team members to bring thoughtful, effective solutions to challenging problems. His background spans project management, construction, water treatment, and geotechnical engineering, giving him valuable insight across disciplines. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Steel Construction and the American Society of Civil Engineers and remains committed to engaging with organizations that foster innovation in engineering.

Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, cooking, reading, staying active, and participating in the annual Cincinnati Turkey Trot 10k race.

Building a Stronger Future Together

Welcoming Anneke and Faroq strengthens THP’s commitment to technical excellence, collaborative partnership, and innovative solutions. Their experience and passion will elevate our work across building envelope and restoration & waterproofing projects—helping us to continue delivering value to our clients and communities.
