THP Limited (THP) continues to invest in the firm’s future by appointing Michelle Robinson, AIA, MBA, and Luke Field, AIA, LEED AP, SPRAT Level I, as shareholders. Their leadership, project experience, and dedication to client service contribute to THP’s growth and success.
As shareholders, Michelle and Luke will continue to play important roles in advancing THP’s restoration and waterproofing and building envelope services while supporting the firm’s long-term vision and commitment to clients throughout the United States.
Michelle Robinson Named Shareholder at THP Limited
As part of THP’s Restoration & Waterproofing team, Michelle provides project oversight, assessment, design, and construction administration services for the restoration of stadiums, parking garages, plazas, and other structures across the Midwest and Southwest. She currently serves as a senior restoration project manager based in THP’s Cincinnati office.
Michelle specializes in the assessment and restoration of deteriorated concrete structures. Her experience includes evaluating existing conditions, developing repair documents, overseeing construction activities, and reviewing concrete repair and waterproofing installations. This technical background allows her to guide projects from initial investigation through construction completion.
Throughout her career, Michelle has managed numerous restoration and repair projects for institutional, commercial, and public-sector clients. Her experience includes work with Sinclair Community College, Great American Ball Park, and Vanderbilt University.

In addition to her technical expertise, Michelle is known for her collaborative project management approach. She works closely with owners, contractors, and project stakeholders to support informed decision-making and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Luke Field Named Shareholder at THP Limited
Luke has also been named a shareholder of THP, recognizing his leadership within the firm’s Building Envelope team and his contributions to restoration and historic preservation projects.
As a senior restoration project manager, Luke focuses on building envelope restoration design, façade assessments, and historic preservation projects. He has over 14 years of experience working with building owners to evaluate aging structures, develop practical restoration strategies, and support construction activities. His work often involves historic buildings and complex urban environments where preservation goals must be balanced with long-term performance considerations.
Luke is part of THP’s Rope Access team, which uses rope-access techniques to conduct close-up building evaluations. This specialized capability allows THP to assess building exteriors that may be difficult to access through traditional methods.
Known for his thoughtful approach to planning and budgeting, Luke works with owners to identify repair priorities, develop realistic project scopes, and support cost planning efforts. His experience spans a wide variety of building types, including historic structures, institutional facilities, civic buildings, and commercial properties.
