Sam D’Alessio Promoted to Senior Engineering Project Manager
Sam D’Alessio, PE has been promoted to Senior Engineering Project Manager. Based in THP’s Raleigh, North Carolina office, Sam continues to lead engineering projects while coordinating project teams, schedules, and client communication. Sam’s experience includes projects for North Carolina State University, Western Kentucky University, and Bowling Green State University. His promotion reflects his growing leadership within the firm’s structural engineering practice. Sam was named a shareholder in 2025.
Jeremy Reis Promoted to Senior Restoration Project Manager
THP has promoted Jeremy Reis to Senior Restoration Project Manager. Jeremy’s role supports the planning and execution of restoration and waterproofing projects for existing stadia and structures from the Cincinnati, Ohio office. He has worked on projects for the University of Kentucky, Hamilton County (Ohio), and the City of Roanoke (Virginia). His advancement highlights the importance of experienced project leadership in maintaining and rehabilitating aging facilities.
Zach Wolcott Promoted to Senior Restoration Project Manager
THP has promoted Zach Wolcott to Senior Restoration Project Manager. His promotion reflects continued growth within the firm’s restoration and waterproofing team and supports THP’s commitment to helping owners extend the service life of existing facilities. Zach is based in the Cincinnati, Ohio office, and services projects across the Midwest, including projects for CampusParc and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

THP has promoted Nabin Acharya to Senior Project Engineer. Nabin’s new role recognizes his technical contributions and ongoing involvement in delivering engineering solutions for clients. Nabin focuses on delivering practical, well-detailed solutions for all types of projects out of the Cincinnati, Ohio office. His experience includes projects for the University of Kentucky, Galen College of Nursing, and the University of Cincinnati.
Mitchell Steele Promoted to Senior Project Engineer
Mitchell Steele has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. His promotion reflects Mitchell’s continued professional growth and technical contributions to engineering projects. He has completed projects for the University of Kentucky, Galen College of Nursing, and Cuyahoga County Public Library. Mitchell is based in the Cleveland, Ohio office and enjoys working on projects that directly affect his community.
