THP Welcomes Three New Team Members to the Cincinnati Office

THP continues to grow with the addition of three new professionals in our Cincinnati office. Please join us in welcoming Zach Holdren, Natalie Miller, and Cailey Hurst to the team. Each brings a unique perspective and enthusiasm for helping clients address complex challenges across THP’s service lines.

Zach Holdren

Zach joined THP as a project engineer supporting the Building Envelope team. He is a recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati and completed multiple co-ops with THP. In this role, Zach will work alongside our building envelope team to evaluate existing building conditions, support rehabilitation and restoration projects, and help clients make informed decisions about their facilities. He will contribute to projects that focus on maintaining building performance, extending service life, and supporting long-term asset management goals.

Natalie Miller

Natalie joined the Cincinnati office as a project engineer with THP’s Structural Engineering team. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Natalie will support a variety of structural projects across multiple industries, helping deliver practical and thoughtful engineering solutions. Her addition strengthens THP’s ability to support owners, architects, and project teams throughout the design and construction process.

Cailey Hurst

Cailey joins THP as a project engineer working with the Restoration & Waterproofing and Building Envelope teams. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Her role includes supporting projects involving existing buildings, facility assessments, restoration planning, and building enclosure performance. Cailey’s work will help clients better understand the condition of their facilities and identify opportunities for maintenance, repairs, and long-term planning.
