I completed my undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University–Carbondale, earning a bachelor’s degree in architecture. I was fortunate to be mentored by practicing professors who took me to active job sites and taught me how to visualize what I drew—helping me see buildings as living systems rather than just lines on a page. Later, I earned my MBA while collaborating with teams around the world, gaining experience in navigating complex challenges and diverse perspectives.

As a licensed architect working toward my PMP certification and serving as the current Vice President of the National Association of Women in Construction Cincinnati chapter, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and helping others grow in the industry. My favorite part of restoration is working closely with owners and contractors to uncover and solve the unique challenges each building presents. You never know what you’ll find when you open a repair, and that keeps the work exciting.

While Cincinnati hasn’t always been home, it’s been a wonderful place to settle with my husband, our two children, and our dogs. We spend a lot of time hiking and camping in parks across the Tri-State area. One of my most recent adventures was mentoring my oldest through their Eagle Scout project—an experience that reminded me how much I enjoy guiding others through meaningful work.
