Project Overview
THP worked collaboratively within an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team of designers and contractors to save over $550,000 in capital savings on the steel structure and concrete foundation for this expansion project. The scope included design for a 32,000 SF expansion to an existing manufacturing facility that includes a one-story, high bay manufacturing building with an elevated mezzanine.
